some issues
the location was reasonably close to the historic center. it was easy enough to walk there.
i was frustrated. the sound insulation was TERRIBLE!!! i could hear everything my neighbors did, from phone calls to, well, everything. it made relaxing impossible and sleep difficult.

cozy stay with a few hiccups
breakfast buffet easy location
the breakfast buffet was great i have to admit. they have many options to choose from every morning and i found the food quality to be good. the hotel's location also made getting around easy i walked to several tourist spots and used uber for longer distances.
the room wasn't as clean as i hoped. i noticed some dust in the corners and the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. the noise from the street was noticeable at times it did affect my sleep a bit.

the gym features several cardio machines i saw three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. free water bottles were readily available throughout the hotel i think that was really nice. the hotel offers free parking that is really useful.

the breakfast buffet included a variety of mexican dishes. the hotel restaurant also has some options for dinner so we tried it one night. i think the staff worked hard to keep everything stocked and clean.

the central square is less than a ten minute walk. many restaurants are within walking distance also i visited one that was pretty good. the metro station is also only a five minute walk.

Really good hospitality in a prime location

The team was helpful. They were ready to assist with even small requests. Breakfast provided nice options. I found ample water to refill bottles in the lobby. The location is in the center, so it is easy to walk to the main square.
The soundproofing could improve. I could clearly hear street noise from my room. The entrance door in my room did not isolate properly. I heard hallway conversations.

The staff offered assistance with various requests and did so cheerfully. I observed they were attentive and polite during my four-night stay. Their readiness to help contributed to a positive experience.

fresh vegetables immediate solution
the location was acceptable, close to public transit.
the breakfast was not satisfactory at all. there were no fresh vegetables for salads and plant-based milk was unavailable. the air conditioning in my room was not working upon arrival, and there was no immediate solution offered.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
hard beds poor wifi
The location was near the food market.
The beds felt hard and the WiFi did not work properly. Hot water was unavailable for the first 24 hours of my stay. I requested a room change and staff sent someone to "fix" the problem, preventing me from resting during the first day and night. I was not compensated for this inconvenience.
